![]() To top things off, I have yet to be compensated for the issues. Really? I understand mistakes happen but her attitude plus the mistake are unacceptable. Not only did they mess up my catering order and give me 1/2 the amount of subs I ordered for my daughters party, they were not able to fix the order and left me stuck without enough food for a party that I was hosting in about an hour!!!! On top of their mess up, the women at the deli was rude and she didnt apologize for the mix up and continuously said " Im not appologizing, I personally didnt make the mistake ". Until yesterday I had issues with their catering deli department. I have been a member for years.I ordered from their catering department in the past without issues. really? You cant send some to check on the price, instead, you are telling the customer to go back and check it on their own? I am not saying customers are king and always right, but as a person who works for cuatomer service myself, that is just absurd!! What kind of customer service is that?!! I migh5 have to call their corporate to report this so they can have better service in the future!!! No wonder that they barely have members there and can never compete with Costco and Sams Club!!!! The cashier was like, "Oh, it doesnt have a barcode so we can ring this up unless you want to go back and see how the price is" I was like. I didnt even know it doesnt have barcode. WORST BJS EVER!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF MEMBERS!! I was going to buy something bit it didnt have a barcode on it.
